Click on the image to view the video blog.  The home inspectors and mold remediators bill was signed into lawlast month by Gov. Charlie Chist. The home inspector, mold remediator and mold assessor professions will be regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). This is a bill that is long over due for the Florida/Tampa Bay real estate market. Good job Gov. Chist!
