Among the many neighborhoods in Tampa Bay you will have many choices.  Tampa real estate for sale is on the rise due to many factors including the number of foreclosures and bank owned homes.  Bayside is a neighborhood that offers luxury waterfront homes in west Hillsborough County.  Homes with cabin cruisers along the sea wall are a familiar sight.  The area boasts contemporary homes with tropical landscaping.

Beach Park is also a nice neighborhood to consider if you are looking at Tampa homes for sale.  It is one of Tampa’s older developments that dates back to the 1920’s.  Beach Park has beautiful tree-lined streets and a home town feel. 

Another neighborhood favorite is Brendan Cove.  Among Tampa real estate for sale Brendan Cove offers a gated community with 28 acres.  There are 66 homesites on the Imperial River and since it’s on the river, there are no two homes backing up to each other.  It also offers a marina with private boat slips.
