Planning to buy a home in Tampa Florida? It might sound like an expensive endeavor, but would you believe it doesn’t have to be quite as expensive as you think? In other words, though you might buy the house for what seems like a low price, you will more than likely owe twice that amount, which is fine so long as you can afford it.
